Troubleshooting
Dough pieces are under or over weight
Check the weight-adjustment gearbox setting against the target weight. Remove all Pistons and clean off waste dough, as build-up in the Top Box chamber reduces the volume dispensed. If variation continues, contact an engineer.
Dough is sticking to the moulding drums
Check the flour duster feed and the Air Knife supply. Confirm the Rotary Head and Ram Assembly lubrication is reaching the chamber. High water content doughs may need an Elevated flour duster.
Irregular dough drop onto the belt
Remove the inner moulding drum and clean off all scrap dough. Check the moulding cells are all intact. If damage is detected, contact an engineer to repair or order replacement Moulding Cells.
Machine will not start
Check that every emergency stop is released and all guards are closed. If the machine still fails to start, isolate the power source and call the support line with your serial number.
Maintenance schedule
| Interval | Task |
